Terms of Service

By downloading or using RoxLab Cleaner, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form an agreement between you and RoxLab for use of the RoxLab Cleaner iPhone and Android applications and this website. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms.
2. Description of Service
RoxLab Cleaner is a storage management utility that helps you analyze storage, find duplicate and similar photos, screenshots and large files, and clean what you choose. On Android it can also clear app-accessible cache and list unused apps. Results depend on your device, operating system version and the permissions you grant.
The app does not claim to boost RAM, CPU or battery, and it does not scan for viruses.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing items before deleting them. RoxLab Cleaner provides recommendations; you confirm all deletions. Smart Keep reduces risk but cannot know which files matter to you.
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, to interfere with the service, or to attempt reverse engineering except where permitted by law. You are responsible for maintaining your device, your Apple ID or Google account, and the permissions you grant.
4. File Deletion Disclaimer
On iPhone, removed photos and videos move to Recently Deleted for 30 days, then Apple deletes them permanently. RoxLab Cleaner cannot empty that album. On Android, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone by RoxLab Cleaner. Always review selections before you confirm.
Some items cannot be removed because of platform restrictions. That is expected and is not a defect of the app.
5. Intellectual Property
RoxLab, RoxLab Cleaner and related marks, design and software are owned by RoxLab or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store and Google Play. These Terms do not transfer any ownership.
6. Third-Party Services
The app uses Google AdMob, the App Store, Google Play Billing and, on Android, Firebase. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
RoxLab Pro is optional. It can be a monthly or yearly subscription or, where offered, a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices, billing periods, free trials and offers are shown in the app and may vary by region.
Payments are processed by Apple or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel; manage them in your App Store or Google Play account. A lifetime purchase is paid once, does not renew, and can be restored on your account.
We do not sell Pro on this website and we do not operate a web checkout.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
RoxLab Cleaner is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will free a specific amount of storage, improve device performance, or find every duplicate or similar item. Similar-photo suggestions are recommendations and can be wrong.
On Android, junk cleanup focuses on app-accessible cache, temporary files and empty folders and does not claim to clear protected caches belonging to other apps.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoxLab and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, lost profits or device issues arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for RoxLab Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use the free version.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to the Service
We may update, pause or discontinue features. Platform changes can also affect what the app can scan or delete. We will try to keep the product useful, but we do not promise that any particular feature will remain available forever.
12. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and canceling any subscription in your store account. We may suspend or stop providing the app if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law or by store policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are interpreted in a way that respects mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under those laws. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of your place of residence may have jurisdiction where consumer law requires it.
