Terms of Service

By downloading or using RoxLab Cleaner, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form an agreement between you and RoxLab for use of the RoxLab Cleaner Android application and this website. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms.
2. Description of Service
RoxLab Cleaner is a storage management utility that helps you analyze device storage, find duplicates and large files, clean junk where Android allows, review screenshots, and manage unused apps. Results depend on your device, Android version, and the permissions you grant.
The app does not claim to boost RAM, CPU, or battery, and it does not scan for viruses.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing items before deleting them. RoxLab Cleaner provides recommendations; you confirm all deletions.
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, to interfere with the service, or to attempt reverse engineering except where permitted by law. You are responsible for maintaining your device, your Google account, and the permissions you grant.
4. File Deletion Disclaimer
Deleting files can be permanent. RoxLab Cleaner cannot recover files you choose to delete, and we are not responsible for recovering them. Always review selections before you confirm.
Some system or other-app files cannot be removed because of Android restrictions. That is expected and is not a defect of the app.
5. Intellectual Property
RoxLab, RoxLab Cleaner, and related marks, design, and software are owned by RoxLab or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Android devices you own or control, as permitted by Google Play. These Terms do not transfer any ownership.
6. Third-Party Services
The app uses Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Remote Config, and Google Play Billing. Those services are governed by Google’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
RoxLab Pro is an optional subscription billed through Google Play. Prices, billing periods, free trials, and introductory offers are shown in the app and may vary by region.
Payments are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
We do not sell subscriptions on this website and we do not operate a web checkout.
8. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations follow Google Play policies. See our Refund Policy and Google Play’s refund help for details.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
RoxLab Cleaner is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will free a specific amount of storage, improve device performance, or find every duplicate or junk file.
Junk cleanup focuses on app-accessible cache, temporary files, and empty folders. It does not claim to clear protected caches belonging to other apps.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoxLab and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or device issues arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for RoxLab Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use the free version.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to the Service
We may update, pause, or discontinue features. Android platform changes can also affect what the app can scan or delete. We will try to keep the product useful, but we do not promise that any particular feature will remain available forever.
12. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and canceling any subscription in Google Play. We may suspend or stop providing the app if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law or by Google Play policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are interpreted in a way that respects mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under those laws. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of your place of residence may have jurisdiction where consumer law requires it.
