Refund Policy

RoxLab Pro is an optional subscription purchased through Google Play. We do not process payments on this website and we do not operate a separate checkout.
How purchases work
If you subscribe to RoxLab Pro, payment is handled by Google Play Billing. Prices, billing periods, free trials, and introductory offers are shown in the app and may vary by region.
Refunds
Refunds are generally handled according to Google Play’s purchase and refund policies. RoxLab does not run a separate refund process for Google Play purchases.
Cancellations
You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals. Access typically continues until the end of the current billing period, according to Google Play.
Restore purchases
If you reinstall the app or change devices, use Restore Purchases in RoxLab Cleaner. Google Play verifies your subscription on the Google account used for the original purchase.
