User-controlled cleanup
Nothing is deleted until you review it and confirm. Android system dialogs handle the actual removal.
Transparent permissions
Storage and media access are requested so the app can scan files. Usage access is only needed to find unused apps. You can revoke permissions in Android Settings.
Files stay on your device
Photos, videos, and files are analyzed locally. We do not upload your personal files to RoxLab servers.

The free version may show ads. Analytics help us improve the product. You can upgrade to Pro to remove ads, and uninstall the app at any time.

Some RoxLab Cleaner features require access to device storage so the app can identify files and help you manage them. Permissions are requested only when needed for the corresponding functionality.
Photos, videos, and audio
On Android 13 and later, RoxLab Cleaner may ask for media access so it can scan photos, videos, and audio. On earlier versions, it may request storage access.
Usage access
To identify apps you have not opened recently, the unused-apps tool may ask for usage access — a system setting you can grant or revoke at any time.
Notifications
Notifications are optional. They are only requested if you enable reminders in settings.
Network
An internet connection is used for ads in the free version, product analytics, remote configuration, and Google Play purchases.
You can change or revoke permissions in Android Settings. Features that depend on a permission will be limited until it is granted.
